The night before my last half marathon, as I was laying out my outfit and mentally preparing, I had a sudden freakout.
Avoiding a low-carbohydrate meal plan and unfamiliar foods are two ways to ensure optimal performance in your half marathon.
Instead, start adding extra calories to your meals in the week leading up to the half marathon.
